We inform you that, to carry out business relations in progress with you, our Company is in possession of information related to you, also verbally taken, directly or through third parties, such information are defined “personal data” by Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 (so-called “Privacy Code”).
The above mentioned set of rules, first of all, considers that people who process personal details must inform the interested individual about which data are processed and about some important elements for the processing, which should be always carried out with fairness, lawfulness and clearness, by safeguarding your privacy and rights.

Kind of processed data
We process your personal and fiscal data, as well as economic data when they are necessary to develop the present business relationships with your Company.
We have not and we do not intend to get any of your data defined strictly personal or of judicial kind, according to art. 4, paragraph 1, of Leg.Dec. no.196/2003.
Purposes of the processing
Your data are processed in connection with contractual needs and with the consequent fulfilments of legal and fiscal obligations, and also to allow an effective management of commercial and financial relations.
E-mail addresses submitted to MAIT S.p.A. can be used for sending advertising related to the commercial relationship between MAIT S.p.A. and the Customer.
The data will be processed all through the contractual relationship and also afterwards, to perform law obligations and for commercial and administrative purposes.

Informative statement for staff recruitment candidates data processing
Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003 provides for the right to the protection of personal details.
In compliance with the a/m Law our Company, that intends to process your personal data, wants to inform you in advance, that such processing will follow principles of fairness, lawfulness and clearness, and will safeguard your privacy and your rights.
Hence, we provide you with the following information about your personal details processing, that we are going to carry out:
Kind of processed data
We process your personal and fiscal data. We do not intend to get any of your data defined strictly personal or of judicial kind according to art. 4, paragraph 1, of Leg.Dec. no.196/2003:“strictly personal details”, data able to show the racial or ethnic origin, religious or philosophic or other belief, politics opinions, support to parties, to trade unions, to associations or to organizations having religious, philosophic, political or trade-union aims, as well as personal data able to show health and sex habits;
Curricula you will send to MAIT S.p.A. will have to include only data related to and indicated job offer, and they will not have to include “judicial data” nor “strictly personal data” , unless these are important to the possible employment (e.g. belonging to protected classes). Applicants who put “strictly personal data” in their curriculum must express per written their consent to the processing within the limits and the purposes mentioned in this informative report.
Purpose of the processing
Your data will be processed only for recruitment purposes; data will be kept up to the conclusion of the recruitment for which they have been collected and however for less than 12 month-period from the date of reception, after they will be thrown away.
Conditions of the processing
Data processing will be carried out by people expressly charged of it and only by means of paper.
As regards spontaneous applications with curricula sent to MAIT S.p.A., the curricula and possible related e-mails will be immediately thrown away by the people responsible for it if they are not relevant to current recruitment actions, or if they include “ strictly personal details” and/or “judicial data” without written authorization to the processing to the MAIT S.p.A.
Obligation or right to give data and consequences of the possible refusal
You have the choice to provide us with your data; if you do not intend to do it, this may cause, for what is strictly necessary, our refusal to accept you in our recruitment process.
